Physician Associate

Join our team of eight physicians and four Physician Assistants providing a high standard of patient care. Associated Otolaryngologists of Pennsylvania is seeking a Physician Assistant for our growing practice. You will provide care to a diverse patient population under the guidance of our fellowship trained clinicians. We provide a supportive team environment and growth potential. Hours are weekdays only with participation in a weekday on call schedule rotation. NO weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and treatment of common and rare head and neck conditions in adults and children
Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries, or other medical events
Attend to emergencies
Provide help during in office procedures
Provide treatments (nosebleeds)
Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
Collaborate effectively with team members of various specializations

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Physician Assistant, new graduates may be considered
Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Must be able to interact with people of all levels
Caring and compassionate, our patients are our family!
Team player with good communication skills
BSc/MA in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science, or Medical Science. Some training will be provided.
