ENT Physician Assistant – Southern Connecticut

Location: Offices in Hamden, Milford, and Madison, CT

Position type: Full-Time

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Connecticut required.
• Must be board certified from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) at the time of hire and maintain certification throughout employment with Align ENT & Allergy.
• The physician assistant must be registered with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for scheduled II-V Controlled Substances if prescribing controlled substances.
• Experience or interest in training in otolaryngology
• Allergy experience is a plus
